Background
TECO Thermal Energy needed a website that clearly communicated their commitment to quality, reliability, and their strong set of core values. Their existing online presence did not fully reflect the depth of their services or the precision behind their work. Our goal was to create a clean yet engaging site that presented TECO as a modern, trustworthy energy partner while keeping the experience simple for their customers to navigate.
Behind the scenes, the entire platform is built on Wildfire CMS, including a secure customer portal that allows TECO’s clients to view real-time energy usage, generate and export detailed reports, set budgets, and monitor performance throughout the year. The system provides a powerful yet easy-to-use toolset that supports TECO’s ongoing service relationships and delivers meaningful insights to their customers.

Challenge
The challenge was twofold: create a polished, modern website that reflects TECO’s expertise and values, and develop a robust customer portal capable of handling real-time energy data in a clear and intuitive way.
The public-facing website needed to feel professional and approachable, presenting technical information in a way that any visitor could understand. At the same time, the internal portal had to offer advanced functionality without overwhelming the end user.
